To back that commitment, we offer a limited, lifetime-of-the-product warranty. This limited warranty policy (the “Limited Warranty Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions of our limited warranty coverage.
Warranty Period: The warranty period for Mighty Paw products extends to the lifetime of the product (the “Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, if you encounter any issues with your product, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance. The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the product.
Persons covered: This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of products from this website. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner of the product. In jurisdictions where transferability limits are prohibited, warranty rights transfer to the lawful owner.
For purchases made through Amazon, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly. For purchases made through other channels, please follow that channel’s designated procedures for any warranty claims.
Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur within the Warranty Period. This includes defects in materials, workmanship, or any functional issues that affect the normal operation of the product. We will, at our option, repair, replace or refund the product. If issues persists after a replacement, please contact our Customer Support team and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following:
i. Damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, neglect of the product, failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance.
ii. Damages caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
iii. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
iv. Damages caused by accidents, fire, water, or any other external factors beyond our control.
v. Excessive chewing or cutting.
Claim Process: If you experience any problems with your Mighty Paw product during the Warranty Period, please follow these steps:
i) Contact our Customer Support team via team@mightypaw.com.
ii) Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and where you bought the product, as well as a photo or video of the product. If you are unable to locate your proof of purchase, please send us a clear photo of the item and include additional information that is relevant for the purchase. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect and store personal data.
iii) Describe the issue you are facing in detail, including any error messages or symptoms, and include any other relevant information.
Our Customer Support team will guide you through the troubleshooting process, which may involve a request for additional information, such as a serial number. Our Customer Support team may also guide you through basic troubleshooting steps. If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim (if applicable).
Resolution: Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and resolve any issues you may encounter with our products. Depending on the nature of the problem, we may offer one of the following solutions:
· Replacement: Provided that (i) you are within the Warranty Period; (ii) the problem facing your Mighty Paw product is covered by this Warranty; and (iii) the product cannot be repaired via the troubleshooting steps, we will provide a replacement unit of equal or comparable value.
· Refund: In exceptional cases where neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we may (at our sole discretion) offer a refund for the original purchase amount.
Limitations
- Disclaimer of Implied Warranties. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD ABOVE.
- Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law: For purchases made in the United States, this Limited Warranty Policy—and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to it—shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles.
If any term or provision of this Limited Warranty Policy is determined by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that term or provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary and replaced by a valid, enforceable term that most closely reflects the original intent. The remaining terms and provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer‑protection rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your state or country of residence.
