"My dogs used to eat Yak chews, but my golden retriever would eat an entire 7 inch Yak in about 30 minutes if I didn’t watch him. Then like clockwork, in the middle of the night he would hack it all back up on the floor. Not fun to step on in the dark. The puffs are so much better for him! He loves the taste and the CRUNCH! The portion is plenty to serve as a treat or snack. I love the big bucket. I think I might have been just as excited as my dogs when it arrived. I have three dogs and this bucket should last me a while. I highly recommend these puffs!"

"Both of our dogs LOVE the puffs!! I always had to wait until two Yak cheese chews were small before I could microwave them into the puffs, but now they can each get one from the bucket. We were VERY pleased to have these available in bulk. Our older dog loves these but is not as likely to chew on the actual yak chew stick. ."

"I have a 95 pound German Shepherd and his stomach is finicky. I gave him one and he carried it around for a bit then laid down a ate it. I waited to see if there was any gastric problem, and there were none. I now give him 2 per day morning and nite and he loves them!"

"I have four dogs. One eats them like there is no tomorrow, one does not like them at all, one will eat them sometimes but not others and one has no teeth so she just sucks on them. Therefor, I don't really know how to rate it appropriately. . . I have an issue with trying to get the top off of the bucket. I struggled and cut my hand open after trying to get it open for about a half hour. I must have been doing something wrong because otherwise, if everyone goes through this, nobody would buy it."

Too big and hard for my little dogs
"I have 3 dogs. Two are yorkie mixes and under 15 pounds. The other is a 35 pound Aust. Shepherd. One of my 3 dogs liked them ok. The two smaller dogs licked them but really wasn't that enthused. I think they are too hard and big for them to bite, maybe. I did get them to try it when I put a couple in a ziplock baggie and pounded them with a hammer. They ate the crushed bits better when I put the yak crumbs on top their food. The Aussie liked them and had no problem crunching them up. He is not picky at all. He likes most treats."
