"This is an extremely well made harness. It does run a bit large. I got an XS for my 14 lb chihuahua and we had to tighten it a bit. He is actually a Xolo (chihuahua ) and has a very narrow long neck. This harness has a lot less stress on his neck. There is a hairless and a coated Xolo and the chest needed adjusted . The size fits well around the neck but was a little large around the chest. Fortunately it adjusted just right. He doesn’t mind it at all as it it quite stiff right now."
