MIGHTY PAW WALMART LAUNCH GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Boundless EC US LLC, 66 W Flagler St, Suite 900 PMB 10703, Miami, FL 33130 ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok.
   
   

2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and related companies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
   
   

3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on July 8, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. ET and ends on July 29, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period").
   

4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, visit https://mightypaw.com/pages/walmart-giveaway and complete the entry form, including providing a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted outside the Entry Period are void. Use of any automated system, bot, or duplicate-account method to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
   

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) prize package consisting of: two (2) pouches of Mighty Paw Yak Chews, one (1) Mighty Paw Tennis Ball, one (1) Mighty Paw Bandana, and one (1) $100 Walmart gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the total prize: approximately $155 USD. The Walmart gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Only one (1) prize will be awarded.
   

6. Winner Selection & Odds. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about July 30, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
   

7. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within 5 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 3 days of notification to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release before the prize is awarded.
   

8. Privacy & Use of Information. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://mightypaw.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor may contact you regarding the Giveaway and, where you have agreed, may add you to Sponsor's marketing email list. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any email. Sponsor will handle personal information in accordance with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable state privacy laws (e.g., the California Consumer Privacy Act).
   

9. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize.
   

10. Social Media Platform Release. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, or any other platform. By entering, you release these platforms from any and all liability related to the Giveaway and acknowledge that any information you provide is provided to Sponsor, not to the platform.
    

11. Walmart Disclaimer. Walmart is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, administrator, or affiliate of this Giveaway and is not responsible for it in any way. Walmart® is a registered trademark of Walmart Apollo, LLC. The $100 Walmart gift card is provided as a prize only and is subject to its issuer's terms and conditions.

12. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Giveaway is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of termination.
    

13. Limitation of Liability. By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
    

14. Governing Law. These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
