Two buttons

"I love the bell, but I thought I would be getting two push buttons for both sides of the door. My dog keeps banging her nose against the door to come in the house."

I use the bell every

"I use the bell every time I take her outside She has stepped on it twice by mistake It kind of scares her She know what it is for and why I press it But the other confusing part is the bell is on the floor but the noise is coming from the wall outlet The concept is good just isn’t working right now for us"

Olga C. (3/5)

"Love it super easy and she used it this morning fir the first tome!!"

Find location that works for your dog

"The bell works great. If it were more sensitive to a light nose bop, we’d have been done on day 1. We tried 4-5 locations, finally found one that worked (on floor right in front of the door). It’s not my favorite location but it works for our puppy. All told maybe a week of effort."

Doggy Door Bells

"My dog is very distinguished with using these push button door bells. I just place them on the floor and he uses them inside to go out and he uses them on the outside to let us know when he is ready to come back in."

Teresa K. (5/5)

My five month old golden

"My five month old golden doodle mini can ring the bell when I tell her to, and then I open the door. However, I’m not sure that she understands that it’s purpose is to open the door and go potty yet. Hopefully In time she will go to bell on her own when she needs to go out."

Harriet M. (5/5)

The best thing for my dogs!

"This bell is amazing!! My dogs learned how to use it so easily. I love that you can change the sounds too, I often change it on my husband and it's always a funny little joke. It has moved with us wherever we go. . House to apartment to apartment. It's a necessity in our home! I would also like to add that the customer service team is amazing! They're always quick to respond and so helpful."

Q&A

Do you make any Smart Bells that work on 220 volts? We have some relatives that live in England and are very interested in getting a Smart Bell for their newly acquired puppy. Thank you.
Hi Donald, The Smart Bell receiver only plugs into a standard 110V outlet. It does not come with an adapter/voltage converter which you will need if you live in an area using 220V outlets. Hope this helps!
I bought my Smart Bell around a year ago and it's stopped working. The transmitter will flash blue when I unplug and plug it back in. The button is in good condition, but it just won't play any sound? I'm not sure what to do.
Hey Paige! We're sorry for the trouble you're experiencing with your Smart Bell 2.0. It sounds like your activator frequency might not be in sync with your receiver. If you haven't done so, please follow the instructions below to help us troubleshoot what the problem may be. The first corrective step is to re-sync the activator and receiver: 1. With the receiver plugged in, hold the "Volume Adjustment" button for 3 seconds. The LED light will flash blue. 2. Go to the activator and push it to re-sync. 3. Test to make sure sync is complete and the sound is activated. If this doesn't work, contact our Customer Service team on team@mightypaw.com, they would be more than happy to help!
