Director of Brand Management- Full Time

We are Mighty Paw -- a dog products company based in Victor, NY, and we’re looking for a full-time customer service / admin assistant for our company. We're a close-knit, small business that is laser focused on serving our customers and building our brand. We want you to join us! 


Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and maintain brand integrity
  • Answer customer questions through email and social media platforms
  • Further enhance our world class customer service and 90-day guarantee
  • Engage with customers through social media including Facebook, Instagram, blogs and other platforms
  • Contribute to and help implement our current social media calendar
  • Grow our followers on Facebook & Instagram and expand into new platforms
  • Develop various creative work for Facebook and Instagram
  • Create content schedule, posts and engagement in our Facebook Group
  • Execute social media projects based on direction of project manager
  • Work with Instagram influencers to coordinate promotions and giveaways
  • Work with influencers to grow our affiliate program
  • General administrative support
  • Creating FBA labels
  • Work with warehouse manager to manage inventory
  • Work within timelines, handle workflow and communicate with the marketing team
  • Create and grow a program to give back to animal shelters

Professional Skills and Requirements

  • Must love dogs! :)
  • Minimum 2 years professional working experience
  • Skilled in communication, writing and customer service
  • Self-motivated attitude
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creative and persistent problem solver

Additional Skill Sets of Interest

  • Social media design and management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest)
  • Photography
  • Email marketing
  • Knowledge of dog behavior/training
  • Experience with dog products

Warehouse Manager- Full Time

We are Mighty Paw - a dog products company based in Victor, NY, and we’re looking for a full-time warehouse manager for our company. We're a close-knit, small business that is laser focused on serving our customers and building our brand. We want you to join us! 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management lead across all platforms
  • Inventory management of all shipping supplies
  • Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
  • Fulfill orders through various platforms (Shipstation, Shopify, wholesale, Amazon, Chewy.com, Wal-Mart, Etsy, etc.)
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse - inspecting equipment, organization, storage, etc.
  • Handling all returns 
  • Work with wholesale manager to send sample products to new accounts
  • Mail gift code postcards to animal shelters
  • Help develop and maintain brand integrity
  • General customer service support 
  • General administrative support 

 

Professional Skills and Requirements

  • Self-motivated attitude
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creative and persistent problem solver
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet
