Mighty Paw is an American-owned and operated company based out of our hometown of Rochester, NY, right here in the USA. We design and quality test all of our products here, usually with our family pup, Barley.

Our products are thoughtfully sourced from select locations around the world. Our signature Yak Cheese Dog Chews are handcrafted by dairy farmers in Nepal, following an ancient Himalayan recipe. Once shipped to our US headquarters in Rochester, NY, we hand-inspect and bag them ourselves to ensure premium quality. Our supplements, antlers, and peanut butter are proudly made in the USA, while our gourmet treats come from trusted partners in South America. Other Mighty Paw products are manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities in Dongguan, China. No matter the origin, every Mighty Paw product undergoes rigorous quality control at our Rochester headquarters before reaching your doorstep.

We provide an extended lifetime warranty program for customers who sign up at mightypaw.com/lifetime-warranty. Your registration includes a lifetime warranty on most of our products, covering manufacturing defects and ensuring your product's long life. It's how we stand behind the quality and durability of our products.

Everyone at Mighty Paw is dedicated to you and your dog's happiness, so we offer a 90-day, no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 90 days, just contact our customer support team and we will arrange a refund or replacement for you.

Our website listings do not include tax, this is calculated at checkout and based on shipping location.

It's not uncommon for orders with more than one item to be shipped in multiple packages, so we recommend checking your order tracking to confirm how many parcels to expect. Should there be items missing from your order, kindly contact our Customer Service team providing the following information to speed up the process - your order number, name of missing product, your full name and shipping address.

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives broken or damaged, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team, providing your order number and a photograph of the damage together with your full name and shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

All our products are eligible for a return as long as they've been used as intended. So let your pets enjoy them, and if it's not a perfect match, simply fetch a return no questions asked! Our return policy covers things such as a defects, malfunctions, and sizing issues. However, please note that our policy does not cover obvious misuse or lost items. To process a return or warranty claim, we kindly ask you to provide proof of purchase. This can be in the form of an order number, receipt, or any other documentation that verifies your purchase from Mighty Paw. We may also ask you for photo evidence of the issue you're experiencing to better understand and address the problem.
