As part of our commitment we provide a warranty for the lifetime of your Mighty Paw product(s)with a maximum of three replacements per product. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage (the “Warranty Policy”). 

Warranty Period: The warranty period for Mighty Paw products is for the lifetime of the product. During this time, if you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us for assistance. 

Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur within the warranty period. This includes defects in materials, workmanship, or any functional issues that affect the normal operation of the product (unless excluded in accordance with this Warranty Policy). 

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following: 

  • Damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the product instructions. 
  • Damages caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. 
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents. 
  • Excessive chewing, cutting, or obvious misuse of the product. 
  • Damages caused by accidents, fire, water, or any other external factors beyond our control. 

Claim Process: If you experience any problems with your Mighty Paw product during the warranty period, please follow these steps:  

  1. If you purchased the product from Chewy, please contact Chewy directly for assistance. 
  2. If you purchased the product from other third-party sellers or directly from Mighty Paw, contact our Customer Support team at team@mightypaw.com
  3. c. Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and location. 
  4. d. Describe the issue you are facing in detail, including any product behavior or photographs.
  5. e. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the troubleshooting process, which may involve providing additional information or attempting basic troubleshooting steps. 
  6. If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim (if applicable).

Resolution: Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and resolve any issues you may encounter with our products. Depending on the nature of the problem, we may offer one of the following solutions: 

  1. Replacement: Provided that you are within the warranty period, the problem facing the Mighty Paw product cannot be resolved via troubleshooting, and the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement unit of equal or comparable value. Please note that in accordance with this Warranty Policy we will only provide three replacements per product.  
  1. Refund: In exceptional cases where replacement is not feasible (at our sole discretion), we may offer a refund for the original purchase amount. 

Please note that this Warranty Policy is subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
